Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Procurement Manager & HR Executive. The individuals will be responsible for managing the procurement process, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, they will oversee contract management and apply analytical skills to enhance procurement processes. The role also requires effective management of HR policies and employee relations, aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates from a CCTV background are preferred
• Coming from the same industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and Procurement processes
• Strong Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills to optimize procurement and HR processes
• Experience in HR management and employee relations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
