Role SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and organized HR Intern to support our HR & Operations team.

This role includes hiring, onboarding, attendance tracking, coordinating with sales/faculty teams, and maintaining HR records.

You will get hands-on experience in a fast-growing stock market training institute.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Posting job openings on free portals (Indeed, Internshala, Apna, LinkedIn)

Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
Conducting telephonic interviewsScheduling interviews with team leadersCreating a candidate tracking sheet (Google Sheets)

2. Onboarding & Documentation Preparing offer letters and internship letters
Collecting joining documents (ID, education, address proof)Creating and maintaining employee filesInduction & basic training coordination

3. Attendance & HR Compliance Maintaining daily attendance in Excel/Google Sheet
Coordinating shift timings and weekly offsReporting absenteeism and performance issues to HR Manager/Founder4. Performance Tracking Helping TLs evaluate sales interns weeklyCollecting performance dataPreparing simple weekly HR reports

5. Coordination Communicating with Sales Interns, HR Team, and Management
Following instructions and executing tasks on timeMaintaining discipline & professionalism inside the academy

Skills Required Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
Strong coordination and follow-up skillsBasic knowledge of Excel/Google SheetsPositive attitude and willingness to learnOrganised and responsible
