Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed HR Interns who are passionate about building their career in Human Resources. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and HRMS management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring Support

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-up communication

Onboarding & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain HR documentation
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation
• Ensure accurate collection and storage of employee records

Attendance & Leave Management

• Track daily attendance and leave requests
• Assist with HRMS updates and generate summary reports

HRMS & Data Management

• Update employee details in the HRMS
• Maintain HR trackers, spreadsheets, and audit-ready databases

Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives
• Assist with internal communication activities

General HR Operations

• Address basic employee queries
• Support administrative and compliance-related HR tasks
• Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers from MBA – HR Specialization / MSW
• Candidates in and around Virudhunagar (Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR concepts
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
