Job description About the Role We’re looking for a motivated Meta & Google Ads Intern to support our performance marketing team in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with real client accounts and learn practical skills in digital advertising. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Help with audience research, keyword research, and targeting strategies Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports Suggest optimization ideas to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS Coordinate with designers and content team for ad creatives Maintain tracking sheets for budgets, performance, and leads Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates Requirements Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads interface Familiarity with audience targeting, ad formats, and bidding strategies Good analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data Comfortable with Google Sheets for reporting Reliable internet connection and a working laptop Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Perks & Learning Hands-on training with live campaigns Exposure to real client projects and premium brand marketing Letter of recommendation upon successful completion Potential for full-time role based on performance
