About the Role

We are looking for a Client Outreach Executive to strengthen our team. The ideal candidate will focus on building client connections, scheduling appointments, and driving engagement through effective outreach and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Schedule and manage client meetings/appointments
• Run and track email marketing campaigns
• Maintain client databases and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with the business development team for lead nurturing
• Ensure all outreach communication is professional and client-focused

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in client outreach, coordination, or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is preferred
• Ability to schedule and manage multiple client interactions efficiently
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
