Meta ads intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Meta Ads Intern to assist our performance marketing team in creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager. You will get hands-on experience with real client campaigns and learn how to drive results through paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and launching Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Help in audience research, targeting, and segmentation
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Suggest optimization ideas to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates
• Coordinate with designers and content team for ad creatives
• Maintain campaign tracking sheets in Google Sheets
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Meta Ads

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising
• Familiarity with Ads Manager (bonus if already worked on it)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic reporting
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
