Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Intern to join our performance marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. You will gain practical exposure to campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative strategy, performance monitoring, and reporting—making this an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in paid social advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Meta Ads Intern, you will assist the performance marketing team in:

• Setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
• Assisting in audience research, segmentation, and targeting
• Collaborating with the creative team on ad copies and visuals
• Monitoring daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversions)
• Running A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audience sets
• Preparing and sharing performance reports with actionable insights
• Supporting budget optimization and scaling strategies
• Keeping up with the latest Meta Ads updates, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Skills & Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures
• Familiarity with paid social KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good written English for ad copies and creative communication
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus
• Meta Blueprint Certification (optional but preferred)
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Job Types: Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
