Role Overview:

We are looking for 2 passionate and proactive interns to join our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads team. This internship is ideal for individuals who have a basic understanding of Meta Ads and are eager to learn performance marketing in a real-world agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Perform audience research and help build custom & lookalike audiences.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are aligned with campaign goals.
• Support in creating reports and insights for active campaigns.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and platform updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Anyone who are interested for this position
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
• Must be familiar with concepts such as campaign structure, audience targeting, and budgeting.
• Good understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics is a plus.
• Prior internship or hands-on experience (even in personal projects/freelance) will be considered an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the digital marketing domain.
• Must be available to work on-site at our Gurgaon office.
