Meta ads intern

You will be joining the performance marketing team at Branding Pioneers as a Meta Ads Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Your responsibilities will include setting up and managing campaigns, assisting in audience research and targeting, collaborating with the creative team on ad content, monitoring campaign performance, running A/B tests, preparing performance reports, supporting budget optimization strategies, and staying updated on the latest Meta Ads tools and best practices. Qualifications: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred. Skills & Knowledge: - Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures - Familiarity with paid social KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail - Good written English for ad copies and creative communication - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus - Meta Blueprint Certification (optional but preferred) - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Please note that this is an internship opportunity suitable for freshers.
