About role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to assist with recruitment and people operations. This opportunity is perfect for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Roles

• Assist in creating and posting job listings on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
• Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on defined criteria
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal team members
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and documents
• Support onboarding activities and internal communication with candidates
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements for the hiring process

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and email
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning and executing tasks
