About the job :

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end hiring - right from sourcing and screening to ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

• Build and nurture talent pipelines through creative sourcing and networking.

• Track hiring metrics and share insights to help leaders make data-driven decisions.

Business Partnering & People Initiatives

• Work with HR and Business leads to understand talent needs and shape people plans aligned to business goals.

• Partner in executing employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

• Help identify skill gaps and coordinate interventions alongside the HR lead.

Culture & Employee Experience

• Champion company values and help embed them in everyday practices.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring an open and positive workplace environment.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of HR experience in recruitment and broad HR activities (generalist, HRBP or similar).

• Any Graduate

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build trust across levels.

• Curious, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Interest in developing into a strategic HRBP role over time.

• Hunger to learn and grow, Proactive and Self-motivated
