Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Coimbatore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment, handling employee issues, implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in HR roles is preferred

Experinces-1- 2 years in HR field
