Responsibilities

• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management: Meet hiring targets, simplifying the onboarding process for new hires & ensuring a smooth transition.
• Policy Development, Compliance, and Documentation: Create and uphold strong HR and administrative policies. Keep precise records, updated to meet legal standards. Offer counseling on HR policies to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Team Management: Work towards a positive workplace culture by promptly addressing employee concerns and proactively resolving issues. Efficiently handle daily administrative HR tasks such as leave management.
• Performance Management: Establish a robust performance appraisal system, incorporating goal setting and regular reviews. Monitor employee performance closely, collaborating with managers to identify areas for improvement and development opportunities.
• Administrative Responsibilities: Supervise daily administrative operations to improve efficiency and resource management. Manage & update employee leave requests & attendance. Maintain accurate records and databases covering personnel, financial, and relevant data.
• Payroll Processing - Process the monthly payrolls for all the branches of the organisation & work towards automating the payroll process
• HR Compliances - Ensure timely HR compliances & accurate filings of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc

Good to Have -

• 5+ years of proven experience in Human Resources generalist role
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Prior experience working in startups in individual contributor roles

CTC - Upto Rs.10LPA

Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai
