Google & Meta Ads Executive

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    and

    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

    .
  • Conduct

    audience segmentation

    and

    keyword research

    to optimize ad targeting.
  • Implement and manage

    A/B testing

    on ad creatives, copy variations, and audience groups.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as

    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

    , and campaign ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop

    high-converting ad creatives and messaging

    .
  • Monitor daily budgets and campaign pacing to ensure maximum performance without overspend.
  • Utilize tools like

    Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager

    , and conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders or clients.
  • Stay updated with the

    latest trends, algorithm changes, and advertising policies

    on both platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in managing campaigns on

    Meta Ads Manager

    and

    Google Ads

    .
  • Strong command of performance marketing KPIs:

    ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA

    , audience funnels, and attribution.
  • Proven experience with

    scaling ad campaigns and managing high budgets

    effectively.
  • Working knowledge of

    Google Analytics
