HR professional


Role - HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Location - Mumbai


Role & Responsibilities:


1. End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Source, screen, and hire the right talent while ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.

2. Employee Records & Policy Management:

  • Maintain accurate employee data, ensure compliance, and regularly update documentation.

3. Culture & Engagement:

  • Drive initiatives to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

4. HR Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate reports on key HR metrics (attrition, hiring status, engagement scores) and support data-driven decision-making.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with HRMS is a plus
