Human Resources Generalist

As a Human Resources Generalist at Asirvad Micro Finance, a subsidiary of Manappuram Finance Limited, your role will involve managing daily HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and administering benefits programs. You will play a crucial part in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is a full-time on-site position based in Thrissur. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, along with a strong understanding of HR policies and employee benefits. Your skills in benefits administration and managing employee relations will be key to your success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Any experience in the financial services industry would be advantageous but not mandatory.
