Designation : Business Development – Executive Location – Chandigarh Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 Am to 7:00 PM. Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our business team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building Investor relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic sales leadership to achieve revenue targets. • Handle investor relations, including communication, reporting, and addressing inquiries. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment. • Conduct client pitches, presenting financial products and services effectively. • Drive fund generation efforts by nurturing client relationships and offering tailored solutions. • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively. • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, investors, and business partners. • Analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize strategies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, investor relations, client pitching, and fundraising. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Fluency in speaking Kannada, Tamil, and Marathi is an added advantage.
