We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing top talent through leading job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and reports.
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through continuous engagement.
6. Ensure timely communication and feedback for candidates.
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
8. Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Qualifications:

1. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (adjustable as needed).
2. Hands-on experience with major job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines.
5. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
