Role & Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Source profiles via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural/technical fit.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage and optimize job postings as per company branding.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Support employer branding initiatives via networking and social engagement.

• Update candidate records.

• Track hiring metrics to improve recruiting processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor guidelines.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

• Support diversity and inclusive hiring strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Understanding of roles like architects, millwork designers, drafters, project managers, cabinet makers, and woodworkers.

• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring projects.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
