Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles across IT and Non-IT industries. The role encompasses managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and providing innovative recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates Strong ability in communication, networking, and relationship management Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates' skills and cultural fit Solid understanding of IT and Non-IT industries, including relevant roles and technologies Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention-to-detail skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is an advantage
