Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across all departments
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and refine job requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing
• Design and implement effective employer branding initiatives
• Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team (if applicable)
• Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and platforms
• Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational goals and DEI standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant field
• Proven experience (2+ years) in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and recruitment analytics
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
