Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and system infrastructure (Windows/Linux). Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations. Perform regular system upgrades and patches. Set up security policies for users, including a firewall, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems. Maintain backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness. Support the day-to-day IT needs of internal teams, including laptops, printers, and software setup. Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Requirements Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role. Strong knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management. Experience with virtualization (e. g., VMware, VirtualBox). Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e. g., Nagios, Zabbix). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python) is a bonus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Nice To Have Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration. Familiarity with endpoint management and MDM tools.
