HR Executive – Noida (Immediate Joiner Preferred)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, work from office
Full-time | Salary: Up to Rs 6 lakhs (Based on experience and competency)
Minimum Experience: 4 years in HR, preferably with exposure to the social/development sector
Reporting to Senior HR Manager.

Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR executive to join our core team and drive the next phase of our growth. The executive will be part of the HR team overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and policy development.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, impact-first environment and can address the unique demands of a social enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Assist in end-to-end hiring across functions. Build Synergie’s reputation as an employer of choice in the development sector.
• HR Strategy & Policy: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Performance Management: Roll out goal-setting frameworks, appraisal cycles, and professional development plans.
• Employee Engagement: Build an enabling, inclusive, and high-accountability workplace culture.
• Training & Development: Identify capacity-building needs and design interventions to upskill teams.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF/ESIC, POSH, and other HR legalities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with a mix of corporate and social sector exposure.
• Strong skills in hiring, employee relations, team development, and HR operations.
• Experience in working in HR systems in a growing organization.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ability to multitask, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
• High personal integrity, empathy, and alignment with Synergie’s mission.
