About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  recruitment process

  – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Prepare and issue

  offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters

  .
• Maintain and update

  employee records

  such as attendance, leave, and personal details.
• Coordinate

  payroll inputs

  and ensure timely processing with accuracy.
• Handle

  employee engagement programs

  , celebrations, and communication activities.
• Support in the implementation of

  HR policies and procedures

  .
• Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Assist in

  training coordination

  and performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain

  HR reports and MIS

  for management review.
• Ensure compliance with

  statutory requirements

  such as PF, ESI, and other labour laws.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  HR operations and statutory compliance

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Word, and Power point

• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal

  skills.
• Ability to maintain

  confidentiality

  and handle sensitive information.
• Strong

  organizational and multitasking

  skills.
