I’m looking for someone with 3–4 years of experience

My budget isn’t very high at this stage, but I’m looking for someone who’s willing to grow with the company and help shape this section from scratch.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. The role involves managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Additional tasks may include conducting performance reviews, addressing employee grievances, and contributing to HR strategy development.

Qualifications

• HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience with HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and best HR practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
