Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Borivali. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Key responsibilities also include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and supporting the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and employee lifecycle management
• Knowledge of HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Benefits and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws
• Skilled in Personnel Management, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
