We’re looking for a driven, outcome-focused professional to join our Fundraising & Partnerships team. The role demands sharp business development skills — someone who can build a strong CSR pipeline, engage with corporate and foundation leads, and convert opportunities into funded projects. This is a hybrid role combining policy advocacy, CSR fundraising, stakeholder mobilization , and partnership strategy . The ideal candidate is someone who can “call high” — confidently engaging senior bureaucrats, CXOs, and ecosystem leaders to build long-term partnerships and unlock funding for Synergie’s initiatives. Key Responsibilities 🏛️ Government & Policy Engagement Build strong relationships with senior officials at central/state government departments. Represent Synergie in government consultations, policy forums, and inter-agency dialogues. What We’re Looking For A strategic and confident communicator who can build trust and drive influence at senior levels. Ability to work independently, manage complex relationships, and balance multiple priorities. Excellent writing and presentation skills; ability to distill complex ideas into simple narratives. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in public policy, strategic partnerships, CSR, or government affairs. Experience working in or with social enterprises, CSR foundations, policy think tanks, or government bodies. Master’s degree in Public Policy, Development, Business, or a related field preferred. Strong network across CSR decision-makers and/or government circles is a plus.
