Role Overview

The candidate will manage Synergie’s internal monitoring systems and lead client-facing impact-assessment projects.

The role involves building M&E frameworks, conducting evaluations, and engaging with corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

Internal M&E Systems

• Design and manage monitoring and evaluation frameworks for Synergie programs.
• Define KPIs, data-collection formats, and reporting tools for project teams.
• Conduct reviews and prepare internal impact dashboards and reports.

Client Impact Assessments

• Lead CSR clients’ baseline, midline, and endline studies.
• Develop impact frameworks and measurement plans.
• Analyze data and prepare concise, insight-based reports.
• Coordinate with research vendors and field teams for quality data collection.

Practice Development & Corporate Engagement

• Support proposal writing and concept notes for impact projects.
• Maintain relationships with CSR and sustainability heads of corporates.
• Leverage existing networks to identify new consulting opportunities.
• Document best practices and learning for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.

• 6–8 years

  of experience in impact assessment, M&E, or CSR consulting.
• Proven experience working with corporate CSR or foundation partners.
• Existing connects with CSR or sustainability leaders in large or mid-sized companies.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and report-writing skills.
• Comfortable engaging with clients, field teams, and partners.
