JOB SCOPE With rising unemployment and limited access to career guidance for young people in India, Safe-Hub’s Youth Café in Faridabad is envisioned as a vibrant space for skills development, career counselling, job-readiness training, and pathways to sustainable livelihoods. The Youth Café Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management, implementation, and monitoring of the Youth Café program. This role requires a passionate, dynamic individual with experience in youth employment programs and collaboration with corporate and recruitment agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong operational and people management skills, and a proven ability to develop and execute job market aligned interventions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program Design & Delivery Develop and manage all Youth Café program activities, ensuring alignment with Safe-Hub’s mission and youth needs. Design and facilitate skills-based training modules and employability workshops. Provide personalized career support, including resume building, interview preparation, and placement assistance. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders. Youth Engagement Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for youth participants. Use youth-friendly communication, visual cues, and participatory approaches to ensure young people feel a sense of belonging and ownership. Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns in communities, schools, and local hubs to invite participation. Coordinate logistics, infrastructure, and community outreach to ensure smooth program operations. Implement structured feedback loops (e.g., suggestion boxes, youth committees, open forums) to make the space responsive to youth voices. Organize group-building activities, mentorship circles, and informal discussions to strengthen peer connection and collective motivation. Market Research & livelihood alignment Conduct ongoing research to track employment trends, emerging sectors, and evolving skill demands at local, regional, and national levels. Identify potential local employers, industrial clusters, and informal sector opportunities that align with youth aspirations. Design modular training programs and workshops that build in-demand soft and hard skills (e.g., digital skills, customer service, financial literacy). Track employability metrics such as placement rate, income growth, and career progression. Use insights to refine strategy, increase alignment with market needs, and advocate for inclusive hiring practices. Partnership & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, industries, NGOs, and recruitment firms to create job pipelines. Collaborate with the Safe-Hub team to integrate the Youth Café within the larger Safe-Hub ecosystem. QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS Bachelor's in any discipline (preferred) A passion for role modeling and mentoring youth through skill building programmes. Experience in facilitation of life skills and employability skills programmes 7+ years of experience in youth employment programs, recruitment agencies, or vocational education (preferred). Fluency (reading, writing, speaking) in both Hindi and English language is necessary. Strong understanding of job market trends and training design. Experience in partnership management with corporates and NGOs. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and maintain strong relationships. JOB SCOPE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager to lead the development and implementation of our M&E systems in India. This is a new role created to build a robust, evidence-driven approach to impact measurement and learning within Safe-Hub India. The M&E Manager will be responsible for setting up systems, collecting and analysing data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for programme improvement, fundraising, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities The M&E Manager will be responsible for: · Designing and implementing a comprehensive M&E strategy tailored to Safe-Hub India’s programmes and aligned with Safe-Hub Global frameworks. · Developing relevant theories of change, indicators, and data collection tools for both qualitative and quantitative programme evaluation. · Leading the design of tools and systems to measure outputs, outcomes, and impact across EduFootball, Playmaker, Youth Café, and Collective Impact programmes. · Collaborating with program staff to integrate M&E into daily implementation cycles and support data-informed programme adjustments. · Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data that informs programme effectiveness, community needs, and areas for improvement. · Developing & Digitizing M&E processes and portals. · Producing regular reports, dashboards, and learning documents for internal and external stakeholders, including donors and government partners. · Developing Safe-Hub India’s Social Return on Investment (SROI) framework and indicators. · Coordinating and facilitating external evaluations and assessments when needed while maintaining data integrity and ethical standards. · Training and supporting staff and partners in M&E practices and systems use. · Representing Safe-Hub India in global M&E conversations and contributing to knowledge- sharing across regions. · Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to foster a learning-oriented culture within the organisation. · Serving as a culture and values ambassador for Safe-Hub India by promoting accountability, inclusion, transparency, and impact-driven work. QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Policy, or a related field. Minimum 9 years of experience in M&E roles, preferably in youth development, education, sport-for-development, or community-based programmes. Strong knowledge of M&E frameworks, tools, and systems including theory of change, logical frameworks, and impact indicators. Demonstrated experience in both quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with statistical or data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling way. Experience working in multicultural, low-resource, or start-up environments is highly desirable.
