Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobilizer Cum Trainer based in Pune. The Mobilizer Cum Trainer will be responsible for community engagement, conducting training sessions, developing training materials, and monitoring project outcomes. The role involves working closely with community members, understanding their needs, and providing relevant training to enhance their skills and abilities. The Mobilizer Cum Trainer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting project progress.

Qualifications

• Strong community engagement and mobilization skills
• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Ability to monitor project outcomes and maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with regional context
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in grassroots CSR initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Community Development, or related field
