We are a dynamic team of 8 professionals on a mission to scale our operations significantly. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced and driven Human Resources Manager who can play a key role in building and enhancing our organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet future workforce needs. Office Management & Culture Building: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Organize team-building activities and events to promote collaboration and employee satisfaction. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, addressing team needs promptly. Process Development: Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems for efficient operations. Standardize workflows for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Collaborate with leadership to align HR processes with organizational goals. Tracking & Monitoring: Design systems to monitor employee performance and productivity. Track key HR metrics, including retention, engagement, and performance indicators. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team to support data-driven decisions. Requirements: Proven experience in HR management with a focus on the mentioned areas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Ability to build processes and systems in a scaling organization.
