What You’ll Do (aka: Not Your Boring HR Checklist): Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Hire across editorial, content, partnerships, design, and product roles Own the end-to-end hiring funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing Build a smart talent pipeline aligned to startup speed and DNA Onboarding & Culture Activation Make every new hire feel like Day 1 at a dream job Coordinate with founders and vertical heads for seamless integration Set up systems, trackers, and rituals that scale with us Employee Experience & Grievance Redressal Be the go-to person for real human concerns — from burnout to boundaries Mediate, resolve, document, and escalate if needed — with empathy and clarity Ensure healthy internal communication, feedback loops, and conflict resolution HR Operations Maintain attendance, leave records, basic compliance, and documentation Support leadership with performance reviews and internal communication frameworks Who You Are: 2+ years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced startup or creative agency You're a people person, but also a doer with high follow-through Organized, empathetic, and driven by real outcomes — not just processes Able to engage confidently with both team members and founders Bonus: Experience in media, content, or digital-first companies Why This Role is Different: Directly report to the Founder of RealtyNXT Help build the HR playbook from scratch Fast-track growth to HR Manager / People Lead as the company scales Shape the culture, hiring quality, and team dynamics of a rising media-tech platform Ready to Join Us?
