We're looking for a Content & Social Media Associate — someone who lives on LinkedIn and Instagram, thinks in hooks, writes like a journalist, and knows how to use AI tools not to replace work, but to amplify quality . What You'll Actually Be Doing (Not Just Buzzwords) Content Creation & Writing Write crisp blogs, short news stories, and features for RealtyNXT’s platform Assist in developing video scripts, editorial angles, and event-based content Convert insights, reports, and interviews into content people actually want to share Social Media Execution Manage daily posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter Draft compelling captions, sharp copy, and content calendars Track performance and evolve formats based on what’s working Smart Tools, Smarter Output Use Canva , ChatGPT , and other AI tools to scale quality, not mediocrity Collaborate with video editors, designers, and leadership to bring ideas to life Research and pitch new formats — from reels to carousels to bite-sized explainers What You Bring to the Table: 2 years of hands-on experience in content writing or digital/social media roles Strong command of English — clean writing, journalistic tone, no fluff Comfortable using Canva, ChatGPT, and AI platforms to build better output, faster Understands platform nuance: what works on Instagram isn’t what works on LinkedIn A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to post Why RealtyNXT, Why Now?
