Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

Administration:

Oversee office administration and facility management in the West India region.
Manage vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts.
Support travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for employees.
Monitor housekeeping, security, and office maintenance.
Assist management in drafting policies, MIS reports, and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliances, and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
