Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Your expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Policies, Onboarding, Performance Management, Training and Development, HRIS, Compliance will play a crucial role in managing the HR processes effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the recruitment process from job postings to resume screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and hiring new employees. You will also facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring their seamless integration into the company. Managing the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, and handling necessary documentation will also be part of your duties. Being a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, organizing events and conferences for employees, maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures, leave and attendance management, and keeping accurate employee records are key tasks that you will be handling on a daily basis. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with at least 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field. Your familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality are essential for success in this position. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be crucial in managing multiple responsibilities effectively.,
