About the Role

We are looking for a passionateHR Talent Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions
• Manage basic HR operations and support activities (20% of role)
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment and operations
• Strong communication skills – fluent in

  English & Malayalam

  (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Based in Kerala (mandatory)
• Ability to balance recruitment and HR operational tasks
• Personal laptop and stable WiFi connectivity
