Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, managing employee relations, conducting interviews, and coordinating with departments to understand their hiring needs. Other responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves assisting in payroll processing, performance management, and providing support in various HR-related projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and Hiring skills - experience in end-to-end recruitment, conducting interviews, and headhunting
• Employee Relations and Communication skills - ability to manage employee relations and effective communication skills
• HR Policy Development and Compliance knowledge - developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Administrative and Organizational skills - maintaining employee records, assisting in payroll processing, and managing HR projects
• Experience in Project-based hiring and Bulk hiring
• Proficiency with HR software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in HR roles within the Manufacturing, Engineering, or related industries is advantageous
