Function: Sales & Business Development (Commercial AC VRF/VRV)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth through active engagement with architects, consultants, dealers, and channel partners.
Develop and execute pricing strategies in coordination with senior management.
Achieve sales targets (volume & value) and ensure brand visibility across all sales channels.
Offer customized HVAC solutions aligned with client needs—building layout, budget, heat load, energy efficiency, etc.
Manage complete order cycle: quotations, approvals, payments, billing, and C-Form follow-up.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely replenishments.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and share insights with management.
Provide product training and updates to channel partners and internal teams.
