Position Overview:


Human Resources Assistant Manager / Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & International Hiring:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for real estate professionals and support staff across international markets, especially targeting talent for Dubai operations.
  • Source, interview, and onboard candidates for roles in sales, marketing, administration, and management.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber professionals from the real estate industry, both locally and globally.
  • Build and manage relationships with recruitment agencies, portals, and international HR partners.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, visa processing, and HRIS management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, Dubai-specific regulations, and international employment guidelines.
  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with organizational goals.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Drive performance management processes, feedback mechanisms, and career development plans.
  • Support leadership in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.

Organizational Development:

  • Identify and implement training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and business expansion plans through effective HR strategies.
  • Work closely with department heads to align HR activities with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

    in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR certification preferred).
  • 4–5 years of experience

    in Human Resources, preferably within the

    real estate industry

    .
  • Proven experience in

    international hiring

    and talent acquisition for the

    Dubai/UAE market

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    UAE labor laws

    and visa processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    and

    HRIS systems

    .
