We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Collection & CRM Executive to manage client relationships, follow up on payments, and ensure timely collection of dues. The role involves client coordination, data management, and after-sales service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Location - BKC/Wadala Responsibilities Collections: Follow up with clients for due and overdue payments via calls, emails, and visits if required. Maintain and update collection reports regularly. Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation of payments. Share payment reminders and ensure timely follow-ups. Address payment-related client queries professionally and promptly. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and queries efficiently. Update CRM software with relevant data for communication tracking. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, legal) for smooth handovers and documentation. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in real estate collections or CRM roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software. Knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and payment terms is a plus. Show more Show less
