We are seeking a highly creative and analytical Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who can drive both brand storytelling and performance marketing. With 60% focus on social media management and 40% on digital campaign execution, the role demands a professional who has worked with agency-style, fast-paced environments, handled large-scale content calendars, and executed high-value real estate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (60%)
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring regular posting with strong storytelling aligned with real estate and lifestyle branding.
• Collaborate with designers, video teams, and agencies to create high-quality content (reels, stories, campaigns, influencer tie-ups).
• Build community engagement by monitoring trends, responding to followers, and creating interactive campaigns.
• Drive paid social media campaigns for both brand building and lead generation.
• Leverage analytics tools to track engagement, growth, and conversion from social media activities.
Digital Marketing (40%)
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and remarketing campaigns.
Plan execute all meta campaigns - setup / consol/n trouble shooting and product roi based campaigns
• Ensure seamless integration of digital campaigns with social media activities to maximize ROI.
• Work on lead generation funnels, marketing automation, and retargeting strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Track KPIs and create data-driven performance reports for management.
• Stay updated with new digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in social media + digital marketing, preferably with a real estate developer or digital agency background.
• Proven ability to build brands on social media with high-volume content execution.
• Strong hands-on experience in Google Suite (Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console).
• Excellent command of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong creative eye for storytelling, lifestyle branding, and influencer collaborations.
• Experience in managing budgets, paid media campaigns, and ROI-driven marketing.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
