This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring and training sales staff to enhance their performance.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
We are hiring experienced professionals from the following industries only:
1. Luxury Automobile Industry
•Prior experience with premium brands like BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Audi, Lexus is a must.
•Exposure to HNI/UHNI clientele handling is essential.
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
2. Real Estate Industry (Dubai Market)
•Must have prior experience working in the Dubai real estate sector.
•Should be well-versed with Dubai market dynamics, property laws, and international investor handling.
•Knowledge of off-plan and secondary sales is preferred.
3. Banking Sector
•Candidates with experience in retail banking, wealth management, or relationship management at entry/mid-level grades.
•Preferably with exposure to cross-border or NRI investments.
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum 2–5 years of experience in any of the above domains.
•Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
•Strong interpersonal skills, high confidence, and a consultative approach.
•Ability to pitch investment opportunities to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and foreign investors.
•UAE real estate certification is a plus (for real estate candidates).
•Should be based in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately.
