Human Resources Executive

Krannich Solar is a leading global solar distribution company, headquartered in Germany. We provide high-quality photovoltaic (PV) products and solutions to installers and solar professionals worldwide. We are present in over 27 countries with over 1200 employees. Our India head office is in Vimannagar, Pune and we deliver products across the country through our warehouses in 15 cities.

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms.
• Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
• Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
• Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for people and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
