We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 2 years of experience to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, tailored to the unique needs of the solar industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance Support performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms. Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning. Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs. Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the renewable energy sector Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for people and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
