Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support our Human Resources department in various administrative and HR functions. The HR Associate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  2. Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  3. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Help administer employee benefits, time-off requests, and other HR programs.
  5. Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
  6. Provide support in handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  7. Assist in organizing HR events such as training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  9. Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  10. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
  6. High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
  7. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.


Work Environment:

  1. Office setting with standard working hours.
  2. May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines or during peak periods.
