HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from JD creation to interviews and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leaves, documentation)
• Assist with payroll coordination and compliance tasks
• Facilitate employee engagement programs and internal communication
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Be the point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and support

Coordinate training, evaluations, and performance review logistics

Skills & Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of experience in HR (internship/fresher with strong attitude welcome!)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HR software like GreytHR or Zoho People is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Passion for building great company culture and team alignment
