We’re Hiring: HR Executive (Full-Time, Onsite) 📍 Location: Nagaur, Rajasthan🏢 Project Site: Cement Industry Project👤 Position Type: Full-Time About the Role:Commando Security Force is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our on-site team at our cement project in Nagaur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in human resources, but freshers with strong academic backgrounds (MBA/PGDM) are also encouraged to apply. This role is key to driving HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance at a project level. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment process for site-level roles.Facilitate onboarding, induction, and documentation of new hires.Attendance & Leave Management:Coordinate with the Time Office for attendance reports and leave records.Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee attendance data.Employee Relations & Welfare:Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and HR support.Promote employee engagement and welfare initiatives on-site.Compliance & Records:Maintain HR records and files in compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in audits and statutory compliance documentation.HR Coordination:Liaise with the head office for HR reports, payroll inputs, and administrative tasks.Provide support in performance appraisals and training coordination. Qualifications:Education:MBA, PGDM, or equivalent post-graduate degree in HR Management (mandatory).Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles (preferred).Freshers with relevant education and strong interpersonal skills are also welcome.Skills:Strong organizational and administrative abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of labor laws and HR processes in industrial/construction settings is a plus.
