Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and organize statutory and administrative documents (Forms A/B/C/D, registers, files).
• Maintain accurate attendance records and site-wise documentation for client projects.
• Coordinate with clients by email and phone for submission of compliance-related documents and updates.
• Track site compliance status and assist in keeping the organization audit-ready.
• Maintain records and reports using MS Excel and Tally ERP.
• Support internal and client audits with timely documentation and data sharing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of compliance, labour laws, or administrative processes (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, professional email drafting, and basic Tally operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling multiple tasks.
