Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store/office administration and ensure smooth operations
  • Manage facility maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
  • Handle procurement of admin supplies (stationery, housekeeping, pantry, IT accessories)
  • Monitor AMC renewals, service requests, and repair work
  • Maintain records, invoices, and admin documentation
  • Support travel arrangements, courier management, and logistics
  • Assist HR/Operations team during events, audits, or store requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Prior experience in retail administration preferred
