Role Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. The role requires a proactive and people-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for working in the fast-paced fashion industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the entire recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and onboarding for various departments (design, merchandising, production, sales, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and performance reviews.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and welfare programs.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations and grievance redressal in a professional manner.
  • Generate HR reports and assist in audits or compliance documentation.

  • Key Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
    • Familiarity with labor laws, payroll, and compliance.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
    • Creative, organized, and people-oriented mindset.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in the

      fashion, retail, or apparel

      industry.
